What We Will Do For You
We will mentor and coach your team in building and maintaining a successful ongoing major gifts program. We do not attempt to manage or run your program. In this way, you and your organization will retain the capacity to carry on after our consulting relationship ends.
To maximize the benefits of this collaborative approach, we must first assess the readiness of your advancement program. The assessment will allow us to set a series of measured goals to achieve over a set timeline. We will then arrange a series of two-day visits at your organization where we can work on the goals, making adjustments to our work plan each visit and setting up homework between visits.
This approach will allow us to be much more organic and permit us to blend different strategies as we work together to improve your institutional advancement program. Our end goal is to help you build solid procedures, systems and processes that will allow you to achieve your current goals and position your institution to remain successful in the future.
